Time and beef - make your own burger joint

So after seeing some amazing photos online of the mozzarella sticks as well as the burgers I knew I had to visit. With it being my birthday I thought what a good opportunity to visit. Situated in Canton next to home bargains sits time and beef, an independent burger shop.

I emailed beforehand to book as a precaution, but being it a Tuesday I don't think I needed too. When we arrived we were the first customer to enter and were shown to our table. We were welcomed and asked if we had been before. As we had not the member of staff explained clearly how the order happened. As pictured above the burger options are shown with a separate pricing guide available.

Before ordering food we got some drinks with a pretty good cocktail menu. I had the bramble and my mum the long island ice tea with most priced at around £6.50. While deciding the bread options was hard to figure out. We were then shown the 4 types of bread and explained the taste which I thought was great. When choosing your burger the most important thing is naming the burger so the right burger goes to the correct person.

The options and combinations are endless so it was hard narrowing down what to put into my burger. The one thing I did want was the most though was a side of mozzarella dippers. I'd seen pictures of the cheese oozing out and they did not disappoint.

So when ordering do be careful that the sides can soon add up! So the base burger being £7, the meat toppings £1.50, other sides such as cheese and salad being £1.00. This meant that my burger without the fries came to £11.50, with pineapple, onions, pulled pork and mozzarella. The lowest priced fries side cost £2.50 going up from there. One thing that is great is that there is a veggie and vegan option something for everyone preferences.

The beef is great quality and very tasty, as well as the pulled pork being moist. Some of my family had onion rings and they are huge but are somewhat oily.

Overall if you just wanted to go for burger and chips it a bit expensive . on the other hand if its a special occasion it can be a bit more justified. I will be returning but it would be to just get a side of mozzarella sticks as they were the star attraction.
