Having done research beforehand for places to eat due to catering to a vegan, there was only a small selection. We had taken a slow stroll down the road, we came across the good earth cafe. I'd seen this as one of the selections and their food looked great.
When we went in there was a lot of choices, hot and cold food galore. Choices such as soup, jacket potato, quiche, pizza and much more. I opted for the pizza and side salad, which was roughly around £7.00. The salad had lentils, an apple coleslaw, lettuce, tomato and cucumber. The pizza was a beautiful blend of peppers, onions and cheese. One friend went for pretty much the same but with a quiche instead.
My other friend opted for a jacket potato, there were tones if options for topping hot or cold. The jacket potato was boiling pipping hot, no complaints there. The topping that was chosen was mushrooms with a tomato sauce sprinkled with a leaf garnish.
They had several drinks, the majority of them lemonade. The company as a whole has a great look they gave you a homely feel. They also had a shop where you could by food to take home and cook your self as well as a gift type shop. I would highly recommend going for a quick lunch, take into account they're closed on Sundays.
